At YES ENTERPRISES, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns

Eligibility: You may return most items within 7 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 3. Exchanges

Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Cancellations

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our return process.
